Mr. Saumen Prasad is an active board member and has been associated with PriServe since Sept of 2004 when he co-founded the first group company in New Delhi. Apart from Strategic Planning, he leads our efforts in Business Development for PriServe group companies at a global level. Prior to founding PriServe, Mr. Prasad had over 7 years of experience in IT and management consulting in Technical and Managerial functions in India and Europe. Mr. Prasad earned a B.S in Chemical Engineering from B.I.T Sindri (India) and Masters in International Business from Euromed-Marseille (France). Mr. Prasad is based out of Houston, TX, USA.

Mr. James Hwang, a Korean resident, has done a Master degree of Electrical Engineering at Yonsei Graduate school. He has more than 15+ years mobile SW development experiences at LG Mobile Communication, GCT semiconductor and 7 years of Marketing & Sales career at Infineon technology and Teleca at 3G/4G modem based Smartphone solutions.
